We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the Head of Operations in driving key initiatives, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth execution across the business. This role blends project coordination, operational support, executive assistance, and structured communication. You will work closely with senior leadership, turning direction into organized output, managing priorities, and helping build scalable workflows.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and able to anticipate needs, structure information clearly, and support decision-making with polished slides, reports, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of operational initiatives
Track tasks, deadlines, risks, and follow-ups across teams
Map and document processes, support workflow improvements, and assist in SOP creation
Prepare structured briefing notes, reports, and presentations for leadership
Manage the Head of Operations’ calendar, priorities, and key administrative approvals
Draft professional communication and manage information flow
Organise and maintain project documentation and trackers
Liaise across departments to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution
Identify inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives
