IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for analyzing business activity data to generate and automate routine reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to stakeholders. It also supports cross-functional collaboration to enhance performance, manage workload efficiently, and ensure timely completion of routine and ad-hoc tasks.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Drive the preparation, implementation, and execution of business and customer experience initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Automate up to 90% of routine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in task execution.
• Support and promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall organizational performance.
• Manage workloads effectively to ensure timely completion of routine and ad-hoc tasks within defined turnaround times.
• Develop operational and analytical expertise to fulfill reporting and data analysis requirements.
• Participate in resource shadowing to promote knowledge sharing and team capability building.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Software engineering

Competencies:

• Teradata query skills
• SQL Server
• Process Automation through SSIS
