IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


  • Manage monthly sale targets.
  • Manager daily team individual performance.
  • Field visit with sales FSA to improve their throughput and sales pitch.
  • Actively mobilize team to focus on DDS, KIOSK and M1/M2 billings.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Provide support to teams to achieve their monthly targets while adhering to quality benchmarks. • Ensure territory sales targets are efficiently distributed across teams and territories to achieve the targets.
  • Ensures implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory • Follow up on all pending orders with relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation of all orders of respective teams to help teams to improve conversion ratios. • Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network in respective territory.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with agreed policies within the teams. • Follow up of bill payments for new customers.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales channels and help regional sales management to develop strategies to improve performance. • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • To conduct sales trainings and awareness sessions to improve efficiency 2. Ensure maximum participation in sales trainings 3. Awareness session about newly deployed FF area 4. Focus on GPON area.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

BBA/BSc/Engineering/ equivalent degree/ experience

Relevant experience in the field of sales & distribution of 2 years.

Excellent knowledge of business understanding.
