Executive - Sales Operations - On, Mizzen

We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Executive for On, who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of customer order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

The role supports our sales team in improving sales efficiency of seasonal deliveries (FW25, SS26…), liaises with multiple internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Sales), and handles the daily operational follow-up for key accounts. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing preorders, implementing process improvements to optimize sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Data Management

  • Manage Customer order books, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Process key customer orders based on stock availability.
  • Liaise with Logistics for order dispatch and collection status updates.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure smooth operations and coordinate with customer accounts
  • Manage and update buffer list demand and stock fluctuations.
  • Flag and prioritize urgent deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Follow up on seasonal order plan and shipping timelines systematically.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity with B2B customers and resolve any discrepancies or issues.


Process Improvement

  • Maintain close collaboration with the retailers to support the brand sales performance elevation of the brand and increase footprint.
  • Meet retailers regularly with management to understand key brand issues and support gather information on competitive practices, product availability or replenishment challenges, or other relevant data that may impact business performance.
  • Prepare and present business proposals for replenishments to prospective clients.
  • Ensure distribution agreements with retailers are executed on time in coordination with key stakeholders.


In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma or Certificate with a Business or Marketing focus.
  • 3-5 years job related experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in sales operations, order management, or supply chain coordination
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Sales).
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and B2B customer management.
