Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Mapping & Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential executive candidates and map relevant talent pools across various industries.
  • Candidate Engagement: Perform initial outreach and thorough screening to assess candidate suitability and interest for specific executive roles.
  • Search Coordination: Provide essential support to consultants by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination activities throughout the entire search process.
  • Market Intelligence: Compile and analyze market intelligence related to industry trends, competitor activities, and significant executive movements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary reports, and ensure strict compliance with all data privacy regulations.
