What You’ll Do

• Support consultants on senior-level recruitment mandates
• Conduct industry and talent research for high-value roles
• Help develop customized search strategies and talent maps
• Assist in candidate outreach, screening, and coordination
• Contribute to client reports and internal documentation

• 0-2 years of experience
• Must have strong oral and written communication, research, and problem-solving skills
