Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Dammam

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the top management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems.
Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
