Executive Secretary

Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings; handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports; prepare presentations, reports, and other business documentation; serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders; organize and maintain records, files, and databases; handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics; assist in organizing corporate events and meetings; perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
