Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration and daily operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Organize files, contracts, and company documents
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and agents
  • Maintain proper filing and record systems
  • Support management with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or real estate is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle clients
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
