Responsibilities
- Organize and manage schedules and meetings for senior management
- Prepare meetings with accuracy and professionalism
- Follow up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations with relevant departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and organize files and documents with confidentiality and accuracy
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Previous Experience In a Similar Role Is Preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality
