Executive Secretary

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage schedules and meetings for senior management
  • Prepare meetings with accuracy and professionalism
  • Follow up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations with relevant departments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain and organize files and documents with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Previous Experience In a Similar Role Is Preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality
