Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to senior executives.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate internally and externally.
- Ability to manage the Chairman’s schedule, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Experience in travel coordination, logistics, and executive documentation.
- Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Chairman’s daily schedule and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Chairman.
- Prepare and review reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on key actions.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and event logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
