  • Coordinate within and outside the company to schedule meetings, maintain records, and prepare reports.
  • Follow up with departments and principals on pending documents and update the MD & CEO on their status.
  • Attend, screen, and prioritize calls; take messages and manage appointments.
  • Handle all inward and outward correspondence to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage and maintain calendars for the Management team.
  • Assist in special projects assigned by the MD & CEO.
  • Coordinate with the Administration Department regarding office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and information.
  • Prepare expense and entertainment statements.
  • Coordinate with the Travel Desk for hotel bookings, visas, and tickets.
  • Liaise with the Fleet Department for scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the MD & CEO.

Education: Bachelors

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
