Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Manage the CCO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel plans.
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information at all times.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on key commercial projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Organize and prepare materials for commercial meetings, reviews, and presentations.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a proper filing system (both physical and digital) for easy access to important information.
  • Assist in communication flow by drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Support coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams for commercial initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the CCO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role — ideally supporting a senior commercial or business leader.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills across departments.
