Executive Supply Chain Management

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about logistics operations? Join our dynamic team as an Executive – SCM , where you'll play a vital role in managing end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pursuing Company SOP’s (Standard Application Procedures).
• Preparing supplier database through Global Sources.
• Reviewing Purchase Requisition (PR) and ensuring PR contains all relevant documents/information.
• Preparing RFQ (Request for Quotation) in SAP and forwarding to vendors.
• Following up with vendors for quotations.
• Submitting quotations for TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) to end-user.
• Following up on TBE with end-user and submitting to vendors for compliance.
• Coordinating with suppliers and end-users to resolve technical issues.
• Maintaining quotations in SAP system.
• Preparing CS (Comparison Sheet) in SAP.
• Negotiating with vendors on material quality, price, delivery, payment terms, and Incoterms.
• Preparing Purchase Orders (P.O’s) in SAP.
• Preparing Service Orders / Subcontracts / Work Orders in SAP.
• Handling logistics activities, shipment clearance, and arranging transportation to project sites/stores.
• Expediting material delivery with suppliers and transporters to meet project schedules.
• Performing invoice parking in SAP system.
• Submitting original documents to Services Department for invoice posting after parking.
• Preparing FRF (Fund Request Form) post-invoice posting and submitting for approval.
• Submitting approved FRF to Finance Controller for supplier payment process and coordinating cheque collection.
• Resolving store-related issues and discussing with management.
• Fulfilling store requirements to maintain inventory/fixed assets in safe condition.
• Obtaining daily material receiving reports from stores and sharing them with the project team.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field

✔️ 2–4 years of experience in logistics or SCM roles

✔️ Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

✔️ Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems

✔️ UAE experience is preferred
