Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse operations for agricultural products, including fertilizers, pesticides, and crop nutrients.
Monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality, especially for sensitive agrochemical items.
Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for stock rotation, documentation, and dispatches.
Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage as per MSDS guidelines.
Prepare for GFSI audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Train and document staff on food safety protocols.
Manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee labor and MHE operators to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Regularly review and analyze productivity and loss prevention plans with warehouse leads.
Inspect products for quality, leakage, and contamination, ensuring safe handling and disposal of agricultural chemicals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of MSDS guidelines and food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Valid driving license and ability to travel as required.
