About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of exhibitions, conferences, and live events across Qatar & KSA. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial growth, and operational excellence to ensure successful delivery and profitability of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for exhibitions and events.
• Lead event concept creation, content development, and market positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee operational delivery to ensure events meet the highest standards of quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events management.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record in growing event portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Qatar / KSA exhibitions sector is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
