Experienced Accounts Manager – Group of Schools

About Us:
We are a well-established group of schools in the UAE, committed to providing high-quality education and a nurturing environment for our students. To support our growing operations, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of multiple schools within the group.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to management for effective decision-making.
  • Supervise and support the accounts team across schools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in the education sector (schools or educational institutions) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
