Experienced Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper & Financial Reporting Manager (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Pacific Time)
Location: Los Angeles

Wander CPA is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Bookkeeper & Financial Reporting Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone excited to be part of our journey as we continue to scale and innovate.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks (QBO)
• Handle client communication for document collection, open items, and financial deliverables
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate closely with our tax and bookkeeping teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and tech efficiencies

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing multiple clients in a public accounting environment
• Is an expert in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Loves technology and is always thinking of new ways to improve systems
• Is excited to learn, grow, and be a long-term part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Experience with S-Corporation accounting, especially around equity and shareholder basis
• Familiarity with partnership equity, including understanding of inside vs. outside basis
• Accounting Degree highly preferred
• CPA is a +
• Located in the Western Hemisphere to support alignment in time zones and communication efficiency

Pay: $7.25 - $35.00 per hour
