Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $130,000 – $225,000 based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Practice Attorney with proven experience representing businesses in litigation and/or transactional matters. You will work directly with contractors, developers, and business owners — from mid-sized companies to publicly traded corporations — across Florida and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with Board-Certified attorneys, LLM-credentialed experts, and Certified Paralegals who share your commitment to excellence, integrity, and client success.

What You’ll Do

• Advise and represent clients in complex commercial matters, including:
• Construction law
• Corporate and business transactions
• Employment issues
• Real estate and development projects
• Contract and tax matters
• Manage cases from strategy through resolution with independence and precision
• Collaborate cross-functionally within our firm’s litigation and transactional teams
• Uphold the firm’s mission to help clients build and protect what they’ve worked so hard to create

Who You Are

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Top 20% of class preferred
• Law Review, Moot Court, or Trial Team participation a strong plus

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of commercial practice experience
• Strong business acumen and client-service mindset
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent organization, leadership, and time-management abilities
• Positive, self-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Billing experience preferred
