Radiant Tech is looking for a professional and reliable Experienced Content Creator to join our team in Rawalpindi (On-site). This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in creating high-quality social media content, graphic design, and video editing.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media trends and algorithms, and can produce engaging content that aligns with brand and marketing goals. You should be comfortable working with the Adobe Creative Suite, creating both short-form and long-form content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong storytelling and audience retention focus
• Stay updated with viral trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to execute campaigns
• Plan and execute content strategies for consistent growth and engagement
• Manage and organize content assets for efficient production workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or Video Editor
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with Canva and CapCut for fast-paced content production
• Solid understanding of social media content trends and algorithms
• Ability to create visually appealing and high-retention content
• Strong storytelling, editing, and content planning skills
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
• Professional attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
• Respectful of workplace ethics and office decorum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or similar platforms
• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Advanced prompting techniques for content creation
• AI-powered video generation workflows
• AI image generation for creatives and branding
