Job Requirements:

. Experience with OpenTable on-line reservation software is required.

· Set-up host stand, review reservations for the shift.

· Welcome guests with a smile on their way in and thank them again on their way out the door.

· Answer telephone according to Trattoria standards.

· Take, organize and confirm reservations in person, over the phone and on-line

· Provide accurate information regarding the restaurant, and market including special events, banquet functions, promotions, etc.

· Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the floor plans, server sections, etc.

· Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

Salary is based on experience and we are willing to negotiate with the right candidates.

Summary

As an Experienced Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role involves managing reservations through OpenTable on-line reservation software, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. With your core skills in customer service and restaurant experience, you will effectively communicate with both guests and staff. Your familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, along with your guest relations expertise, will enhance the overall hospitality experience. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
