Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our in-office team in Eatontown, New Jersey, offering a stable role with competitive pay and performance-based bonuses.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support all stages of personal injury cases. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of personal injury experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate with clients to provide updates and support

· Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

· Maintain and organize case files and the litigation calendar

· Order, review, and summarize medical records

· Assist attorneys with trial prep and case strategy

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal

· Strong writing and organizational skills

· Comfortable communicating with clients and managing deadlines

· Familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures

Compensation & Perks:

· Base salary starting at $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
