Job Opportunity — Pharmacy Supervisor (Islamabad)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused Pharmacy Supervisor to join our retail pharmacy in Islamabad. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a candidate who is committed to excellent patient care and skilled in retail pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Accurately dispense medications and provide professional customer counseling.
• Oversee stock management, including timely ordering, receiving, and verification of medicines.
• Proactively monitor near-expiry and slow-moving inventory—especially chronic therapy products—to reduce wastage.
• Ensure proper billing, documentation, and compliance with pharmacy policies.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Train, guide, and support junior staff when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in retail pharmacy sales/supervision.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and pharmacy operations.
• Proficient in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work responsibly in rotating shifts (morning/evening).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
