Preschool - Experienced and Compassionate

We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Preschool to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring both experience and heart to the classroom—fostering curiosity, supporting social-emotional growth, and guiding children through meaningful learning experiences each day.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
Previous experience in a preschool or pre-kindergarten setting
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Requirements:

Current Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting)
All state-required health and training documentation
Ability to meet all licensing and regulatory requirements for early childhood educators

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Maintain open and professional communication with families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team

Compensation:
Salary is competitive and based on experience and education.
