About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing real estate sales team in Dubai. This role combines a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, ideal for professionals with proven sales leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of agents handling off-plan, luxury, secondary, and rental properties
- Oversee sales targets, pipelines, and business development strategies

- Track market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury markets
- Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and sales analytics
- Fluent English required; European languages are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
