Experienced Truck Dispatcher – International Campaign

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our international dispatch team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in truck dispatching for international clients, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily truck dispatch operations for international routes.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor load status, handle issues proactively, and provide updates to clients.
• Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each shipment.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in international truck dispatching (mandatory).
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities
