The position ultimately safeguards customer interests and sustainable market growth while elevating the Authority’s leadership within the regional InsurTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Design and maintain comparative benchmark dashboards on digital insurance innovation, customer adoption metrics, and venture-capital flows for use by middle management.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility, scalability, and risk profile of proposed InsurTech solutions, providing evidence-based recommendations to the Manager of InsurTech & Innovation.

  • Draft risk assessments, data-protection checklists, and compliance artefacts to ensure innovation projects adhere to regulatory and cyber-security requirements.
  • Compile monthly progress dashboards and evidence packs, enabling the Manager to report KPIs and decision-point material to divisional steering committees.
  • Develop practitioner guides, FAQs, and technical playbooks that codify best practices for digital insurance innovation across the Authority.
