Expert - Performance Marketing

You will join as an Expert/ Specialist who can drive category growth, optimize performance marketing, and shape end-to-end eCommerce strategy for our clients across platforms.

You will bring deep expertise in India and international markets (US and beyond), proven leadership skills, and the ability to influence CXOs while managing large, complex portfolios.

You will act as the bridge between category strategy and performance execution, using data, insights, and creativity to help brands win in the marketplace.

This role is about ensuring our clients win the algorithm and dominate the digital shelf. As a marketplace expert, you will join McKinsey’s Digital Marketing Hub and will be part of our client service team to take ownership of ecommerce projects and solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.
