Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle export documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, etc.) as per international trade requirements.
  • Coordinate with buyers, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment and delivery.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with export documentation like COA, COPP, MSDS, and other pharma certificates.
  • Manage LC (Letter of Credit) and payment follow-ups with clients.
  • Prepare export order status reports and update management regularly.
  • Communicate with international clients via email and phone regarding product availability, pricing, and shipment status.
  • Coordinate with the production, QA/QC, and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of pharma export documentation and DGFT regulations
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiar with INCOTERMS and shipping procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Note: Experience Required in Pharma Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
