Roles And Responsibilities

· Export documentation expertise is crucial for managing and preparing necessary shipment documents effectively (Mandatory skill)

· Prepare and verify all export documentation including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.

· Experience/knowledge of using DGFT & ICEGATE portal.

· Experience in self generation of certificates of origin & E-BRC.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.

· Track and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any documentation issues.

· Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

· Provide support for audits and investigations related to export shipments.
