1. Export Documentation
- Prepare export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COO, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international regulations and buyer requirements.
- Track shipments and maintain export records.
2. Import Documentation
- Handle import documentation including Bill of Entry, HS Code verification, LC documents, and supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents for timely clearance.
- Verify import duties, taxes, and ensure correct documentation for compliance.
3. Logistics Coordination
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, EXIM regulations, and trade policies.
- Prepare documents for LC negotiation, bank submission, and export incentives.
- Keep updated with latest EXIM policies, HS codes, and customs procedures.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all EXIM records.
- Prepare MIS reports for shipments, freight costs, duty payments, and documentation status.
- Support audits and provide necessary documents.
6. Coordination & Support
- Liaise with QA, production, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Resolve documentation errors, shipment delays, and compliance queries.
- Assist in improving EXIM processes and documentation efficiency.
