Job Title: EXIM Documentation Executive

Responsible for handling end-to-end export and import documentation in compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify export/import documents such as:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Shipping Bill / Bill of Entry
  • Insurance & LC-related documents
  • Coordinate with:
  • Freight forwarders
  • CHA (Customs House Agent)
  • Shipping lines
  • Banks and insurance companies
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • DGFT, Customs, FEMA, RBI, and other EXIM regulations
  • INCOTERMS and international trade practices
  • Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and discrepancy resolution
  • Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain proper records and filing of all EXIM documents
  • Support audits and internal/external compliance checks
  • Communicate with overseas customers/suppliers regarding documentation

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of EXIM policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • EXIM / International Trade certification (preferred)

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in EXIM documentation (depending on role level)
  • Freshers with EXIM training may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
