Account Receivable (4–5 Years Experience)

Key Skills & Expertise

Accounts Receivable & Banking Operations

• Managing day-to-day AR activities, including invoice tracking, customer follow-ups, and timely collection of export receivables.
• Handling routine banking operations related to export receipts and inward remittances.
• Managing submission of Disposal Instructions (DI) against export advance payments for release and compliance.

Foreign Exchange & Export Compliance

• Proficient in managing EEFC (Exchange Earners’ Foreign Currency) Accounts, including conversion, utilization, and reconciliation.
• Skilled in knocking off/closing entries in EDPMS & IDPMS logs in coordination with banks.
• Strong understanding of FEMA guidelines related to export proceeds, advance payments, and foreign exchange transactions.

Trade Finance Knowledge

• Familiar with Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit (LC), and related banking documentation.
• Coordinating with banks for export document negotiation, LC scrutiny, and BG issuance/amendments.

Export Documentation & Liasoning

• Good knowledge of export shipment clearance procedures at customs.
• Coordination with CHA (Custom House Agents) for shipping bill processing, checklist verification, and timely documentation flow.
• Reviewing and validating shipping bill checklists, export invoices, packing lists, and other statutory documents.

Export Incentives & Regulatory Framework

• Familiar with various export incentives, including Duty Drawback (DBK), RoDTEP, and other applicable schemes.
• Ensuring proper documentation and submission to claim export benefits.

Commercial Knowledge

• Verification of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for accuracy in pricing, terms, and shipment details.
• Coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure transaction accuracy and timely order processing.
