Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement export strategies for Latin American markets to achieve sales and profitability

goals.

 Promote Orex Pharma’s API and veterinary product portfolio to distributors, importers, and end

customers.

 Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners in

the region.

 Handle export documentation, including regulatory and compliance requirements for Latin American

countries.

 Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

 Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to align business strategy.

 Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.

 Prepare monthly business reports, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance analysis.

 Work closely with senior management to align export operations with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Science/Pharma/Management (specialization in International

Business preferred).

 7–8 years of proven experience in pharma/API exports (Latin American experience is highly

desirable).

 Strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, Export-Import regulations, and international trade practices.

 Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese will be an added advantage.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

 Ability to travel internationally and build strong client networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
