  • Manage and grow international sales through Alibaba.com and other B2B export platforms.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain Alibaba product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Handle buyer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close international sales deals.
  • Coordinate export documentation, order processing, and shipment logistics.
  • Research and identify new export markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
  • Manage payment follow-ups, ensure compliance with export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, etc.).
  • Maintain regular communication with buyers and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track and report monthly sales performance and develop strategies to improve international reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in export sales.
  • Proven experience managing Alibaba.com listings and sales (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and payment terms (LC, TT, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and online B2B platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
