Hiring: Export Manager – Shri Anand Poly (Flexible Packaging Manufacturing)

Shri Anand Poly, a reputed name in the flexible packaging manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced Export Manager to manage and expand international business operations.

Job Description:

The Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all export activities, ensuring smooth and compliant international shipments. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LUT, etc.)
• Coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and international clients
• Identifying new export opportunities and developing overseas markets & targets.
• Handling pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities
• Ensuring compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and DGFT policies
• Monitoring shipment schedules and ensuring timely delivery
• Managing payment follow-ups and LC documentation (if applicable)
• Maintaining export records, reports, and data for audits and management

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably in International Business or related field)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export operations (flexible packaging industry preferred)
• Strong communication and email drafting skills
• Good knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
