Export Manager

Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Shipping & Documentation Manager with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in export documentation, international shipping coordination, compliance, export operations and managing export orders. This role involves managing end-to-end export processes, ensuring timely shipment execution, Customs clearance, Finding Freight Agents, export regulations, Coordination with shipping agents and courier companies like FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and DHL and international customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, SLI, AWB and related documents.
• Coordinate with Vendors, concerned authorities, shipping lines and airlines ensure timely shipment execution.
• Ensure all exports comply with applicable rules and regulations.
• Manage export documentation, including bank submissions and discrepancy resolution.
• Track shipment schedules, resolve delays, and address documentation or customs issues.
• Maintain accurate export records and shipment documentation for audits and reporting.
• Coordinate with overseas clients and internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Guide and support junior staff involved in export documentation and coordination.

Key Skills:

• Any Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in export documentation and shipping operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing the complete export documentation lifecycle.
• Certifications in Export/International Trade or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
