Export operation executive

1.Overall responsibility for proper export planning, booking and logistic activities, along with proper record maintenance.

2.Fulfillment of purchase orders in a cost-efficient manner and reporting it regularly to management.

3.Co-ordination with suppliers for availability of the materials for planning and loading the containers on a timely basis, as per PO contract terms with the clients.

4.Ensure the materials are delivered in the right quantity and quality at the right place and time.

5.Ensuring stuffed containers are returned in a cost-effective manner to the destination port or location to catch the scheduled vessel.

6.Negotiating and/or disputing any additional charges regarding freight and maintaining records for the same.

7.Getting in-time updates on the rates for freight (ocean and road) and boosting the company's network for freight forwarders and drayage; and negotiating with them to reduce operating costs.

8.Making sure to release requested SWBs or OBLs upon the arrival of vessel at the destination.

9.Relationship building with freight forwarders and truckers.

10.Ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, and/or timeliness objectives.

11.Fetching and issuing correct vessel schedule from shipping line and/or freight forwarder for booked slot.

12.Assisting the documentation and accounting departments with the required paperwork and/or assistance with client concerns and queries.

13.Maintaining day-to-day MIS for reporting purposes.

14.Attend to the customer's mail for day-to-day queries.

15.Assist purchase department in handling customer/agent queries related to freight and drayage prices.

16.Miscellaneous tasks for day-to-day activities. 17.To offer the best services to clients and agencies within the company’s rules and regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
