Job Summary


The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing international sales activities, expanding global market presence, building strong overseas client relationships, and achieving export sales targets for firefighting equipment and fire protection systems.


Key Responsibilities


1. International Market Development

Identify and develop new export markets for firefighting equipment.

Research potential countries, distributors, contractors, and dealers.

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and direct clients.

Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of delivery.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve assigned export sales targets.

Prepare and execute sales plans for international markets.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Coordinate export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific import requirements.

Work closely with logistics and shipping partners.

5. Product Knowledge & Technical Support

Promote company products including fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and related fire safety equipment.

Provide technical clarifications to international clients when required.

Coordinate with the technical team for submittals and approvals.

6. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare monthly export sales reports.

Maintain CRM records and customer database.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments for smooth order execution.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in export sales (preferably in firefighting, safety equipment, or construction materials).

Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and export procedures.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
