We are urgently looking for Export Sales Executive for one of the Pharma manufacturing Industry [API] at Ahmedabad location.

Department: Sales & Marketing – Export
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Sales & Client Handling
• Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA, Shipping Bill, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements.
• Logistics & Coordination
• Reporting & Market Support

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline (Pharma / Science preferred)
* Experience in Export Documentation & International Sales
* Knowledge of shipping procedures and trade regulations
* Good communication skills in English
* Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
