Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential international clients and markets.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export shipments.
- Prepare and maintain export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).
- Conduct market research on global trade trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Communicate with overseas clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Support the export sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Help in tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, reports, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong interest in international trade and export sales.
- Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation (preferred).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
