Export Sales Executive (Intern)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential international clients and markets.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).
  • Conduct market research on global trade trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Communicate with overseas clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Support the export sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Help in tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, reports, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong interest in international trade and export sales.
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation (preferred).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
