Export Sales Executive (Office-Based with Travel) – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a motivated Export Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. This role is primarily office-based, focusing on managing and developing international export sales, with occasional travel to meet clients and support business growth when required.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in export sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build international client relationships through structured follow-ups and strategic market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop export sales through calls, emails, online platforms, and referrals.
• Manage and grow international client accounts from the office.
• Build long-term relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate export orders, shipping documents, and follow up until completion.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Travel when required for client meetings, exhibitions, or market visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Export / International Sales.
• Proven experience in office-based sales roles with international clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Arabic and Farsi are highly preferred** to support regional export markets.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international trade practices is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
