- Lead & Conversion Management: Identify, qualify, nurture, and convert leads from various sources (BDM, portals, events) into long-term clients.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and allocate tasks to the sales team, monitoring performance against set KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on new markets, competitors, and customer demands to inform strategy and product improvement.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate data maintenance in ZOHO Bigin CRM and prepare comprehensive sales and conversion reports for management.
- Proposal & Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and coordinate internally (pricing, logistics, technical) to support high-value sales closure.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalations, and ensuring regular communication.
- Business Development: Participate in trade shows and recommend product/market expansion strategies (cross-selling, new markets).
