Export Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, versatile, and creative Export Manager who can oversee our international trade operations while also supporting the team with design creation, Excel data management, and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have both business acumen and technical skills — capable of managing export documentation, analyzing trade data, creating visual materials, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Key ResponsibilitiesExport Management

• Handle all aspects of export operations including documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Communicate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Prepare and maintain export-related reports, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipments, track delivery timelines, and resolve any export-related issues promptly.
• Research new export markets and identify growth opportunities.

Design & Marketing Support

• Create product presentations, catalogs, and marketing materials using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop).
• Assist in designing export-related documents, labels, and branding materials for international clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop visually appealing client proposals.

Excel & Data Management

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for export tracking, inventory management, and client databases.
• Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Fetch, compile, and analyze data from various sources for management reporting.
• Generate periodic reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
