Export Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented EXPORT SALES MANAGER to lead our export division for agricultural products such as Soybean, Coriander Seeds, and other agricultural commodities.

The role focuses on developing new international markets, converting leads into profitable business, and managing a small marketing team to drive export growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies for agri products.
  • Identify and explore new international markets and customers.
  • Convert export leads into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Guide and supervise a team of 2–3 marketing executives to achieve targets.
  • Conduct international market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for business development and client meetings.
  • Ensure timely coordination for export documentation, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and export promotion events.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales (preferably in Agri, Food, or Commodity sector).
  • Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
  • Proven experience in lead conversion and client relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of building and leading a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
