Export Specialist
Location: Borg El Arab, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Required: Alexandria, Cairo & Port Said (as needed)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Export Specialist to oversee and manage end-to-end export operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient international shipments, full compliance with trade regulations, effective cost control, and strong coordination across internal departments.
This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s international expansion and maintaining long-term relationships with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute export operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Analyze customer requirements and ensure accurate fulfillment of export orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements with international clients and partners.
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Bills of Lading
- Certificates of Origin
- Customs and shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or logistical issues.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and Administration to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor export-related costs and contribute to profitability improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and risks.
- Prepare monthly performance and shipment reports.
- Travel when required to supervise shipping and export processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
- Solid understanding of international trade compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is preferred).
- ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
