About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Export Specialist to oversee and manage end-to-end export operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient international shipments, full compliance with trade regulations, effective cost control, and strong coordination across internal departments.

This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s international expansion and maintaining long-term relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute export operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Analyze customer requirements and ensure accurate fulfillment of export orders.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements with international clients and partners.
• Prepare and review all export documentation, including:
• Commercial Invoices
• Packing Lists
• Bills of Lading
• Certificates of Origin
• Customs and shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or logistical issues.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and Administration to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor export-related costs and contribute to profitability improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and risks.
• Prepare monthly performance and shipment reports.
• Travel when required to supervise shipping and export processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Solid understanding of international trade compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is preferred).
• ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
