External Procurement / Purchasing Representative

We are looking for qualified and experienced External Procurement / Purchasing Representative (مندوب مشتريات) to join our Procurement Department for ongoing construction projects in Qatar

Job Summary:
Responsible for local purchasing activities, supplier follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of approved materials to construction sites across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily follow-ups with local suppliers, workshops, and factories
• Execute purchase orders as instructed by the procurement department
• Coordinate deliveries to site and follow up on urgent material requirements
• Visit suppliers for inspections, samples, mockups, and documentation collection
• Coordinate transportation, delivery notes, and site receiving procedures
• Ensure materials delivered comply with approvals and purchase orders
• Support site teams with urgent and miscellaneous purchases
• Maintain good working relationships with suppliers in the Qatari market

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within Qatar
• Strong knowledge of Doha and local industrial areas
• Ability to handle urgent site requirements
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
