Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing the team, and ensuring an excellent guest experience while meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, banquets, and room service
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service standards
• Manage, train, and motivate the F&B team
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of budgeting and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
