Position Summary

The Marketing Manager must be creative, data-driven, and strategic to lead and execute our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role plays a vital part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting store-level and company-wide sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.

· Support product launches, store openings, and promotional rollouts.

· Brand Management

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

· Maintain visual and editorial standards in all marketing materials.

· Digital Marketing

· Manage website content, SEO, and online directories.

· Oversee email campaigns, paid advertising, and analytics tracking.

· Social Media & Content Creation

· Create and execute engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

· Work with internal teams and external creators to generate visual content.

· Local Store Marketing

· Collaborate with store managers to support local events and grassroots marketing.

· Build partnerships with community organizations, schools, and influencers.

· Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics.

· Generate monthly reports and present insights and recommendations.

· Budget Management

· Manage marketing budgets and expenditures effectively.

· Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to maximize value.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.

· Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo).

· Strong project management and communication skills.

· Ability to think both creatively and analytically.

· A passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience managing marketing for multi-location or franchise-based businesses.

· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

· Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.
