Façade Designer

We are seeking a skilled Façade Designer with at least 6 years of experience in designing façade systems for commercial, residential, and high-rise projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptual and detailed design, coordination with project stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet technical, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop façade concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for glass, aluminum, curtain wall, cladding, or other façade systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, 3D models, and BIM coordination with architects, structural engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, local regulations, and international standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Review material selection, specifications, and installation methodologies.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of façade design experience in the UAE market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, BIM, and other façade design software.
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and construction techniques.
• Understanding of local building codes, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or landmark projects in the UAE.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
• Knowledge of LEED or other sustainability certifications is a plus.
